Participatory Action Research and Policy Advocacy Center Africa (PARPACA) is a registered non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) Think Tank based in Uganda and working across Africa. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between research, policy, and community-led advocacy, ensuring that evidence-based knowledge directly informs inclusive development and transformative change.
PARPACA brings together researchers from universities, research institutions, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) across Africa and Europe, as well as international intergovernmental and United Nations organizations and programs. We collaborate with implementing organizations of the Federal Republic of Germany, commercial enterprises, policy analysts, lobbyists, media, community leaders, and grassroots communities to conduct participatory action research and influence policies that promote social justice, sustainable development, and good governance across the African continent.
PARPACA partners with universities, research institutions, NGOs, community-based organizations, civil society organisations, governments, international agencies, and individual researchers or policy advocates across Africa and Europe working toward inclusive development in Africa
